Group registration is available for any group of minimum 10 participants. Please fill in the group registration form and return it to the Secretariat of AOCC 2017 via email at aocc2017@hbni.co.kr or fax at +82-2-373-1106.

Payment for group registration is ONLY available by bank transfer.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat by email at aocc2017@hbni.co.kr.
  • Refund policy for the cancellation is as follows:
Cancellation by May 15, 2017
: 100% refund (Bank service charges will be deducted.)
Cancellation from May 16, 2017
: No Refund
  • Note : All refunds will be made after the conference. All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from the amount of refunds.
